National Real Estate Investors Group is a real estate investing education company located in Buffalo New York. They sell high ticket education course taught both online and in person. They host live local events, and provide a suite of tools and resources to help people learn how to flip houses and make money from the real estate marketing. They came to us looking for help with their website and their online presence in general. Their website was decent, but still outdated and needed a facelift and a modern update. Their logo was a good design, but was low resolution and the owner didn’t have access to the source files for editing. We were challenged with the task of remaking their logo but in a higher resolution, and using the new logo to create a business card template and tri-fold flyer. The website on the other hand needed completely redesigned and updated to an easier to use platform integrated with the appointment booking system. They also needed some sales funnels developed and integrated with their constant contact email marketing platform and they needed a CRM (customer relationship management) system setup so they could better manage and nurture leads in their sales pipeline. Challenge accepted!
We centered their homepage strategy around their promotional video, and put together a great call to action to funnel visitors into booking appointments and checking out the 3 different courses offered. On the homepage we also included a section for instructors, and lastest posts from their blog which they post on a regular weekly or bi-weekly basis. We designed and created some really great looking pages to promote the courses, and we setup and events system to post and manage their live events. For their sales funnels, we put together multiple sales funnels promoting their velocity banking strategy and velocity banking calculator which we also developed for them. This gave users a really cool tool to see how to pay their mortgage off faster and tell them how much they would save in interest. We setup a sales pipeline inside PipeDrive and using Zapier integrated it with their constant contact account and acuity appointment scheduling system to feed submitted data into pipedrive for managing deals for their sales process. Needless to say we saved them a ton of time and money spent managing leads, and gave them a way to gather intelligent data like which actions leads have taken such as booking an appointment, and what % of their sales video they watched.
